I just caught a flash of a great idea and i thought i would tell it to you. Its a sport i made up i hope you enjoy reading this.
Walker is a sport that I made up watching baseball but Walker has nothing to do with baseball. Walker is a mix between basketball and soccer and when i say a mix i mean it severely. The game is just a one point scoring game with two goals on either side of the grass field. The field is divided at a half point on the field. That half point is the main side for one team. Here is how you actually move the ball and try and score. Each team has a goalie and a side that one team calls "home side." On that side you are allowed to use your hands and pass the pall with your hands. You may bounce the ball throw it up and pretty much anything but kick the ball. I know that you're wondering about the other side, this is where the soccer part comes in. You are allowed to throw the ball over the half point line and whoever catches the ball can take four steps before the ball has to be put on the ground and start kicking the ball until you score on the goalie. But because on your home side you can use your hands you're allowed to dive at the players feet and pick up to ball and start throwing it around and dribbling the ball. But like every sport they're rules and referees. If a player walks more that four steps on the other side of the field the other team gets to walk however many steps on your side and start with the ball at there feet. Also like soccer or basketball you may not knock a player over on there feet if you use your arms. You can tackle anyone if you tackle with your feet. There is about ten feet between the side ling of the field and the complete end of the field. Like soccer you may gain momentum by backing up ten feet and kick the ball as long as you're on the other teams side. But if the ball is out of bounce you may use your hands on your side and use your feet on the other side. But the four step rule is throughout the game. A player could throw the ball across the field and if the ball is close enough to the goal and you haven't gone over the four step rule you may try and shoot with your hands. The passions are UA (Upper Offence 2 players) MA (Middle Offence two players) AA (All Around 1 player) UD (Upper Defence 2 player) BD (Back Defence 2 players) and G (Goalie 1 player) In all there is ten players. I hope that sometime you can play walker with friends.
