A Day In The Sun, Taking a bath of money

Today i went to Elich Gardens in down town Denver. I can tell you with confidants that if i ever get married and have kids i will not be going to an amusement park like this one. The overall coast of the amusement park could buy you a laptop or small car. The entry fee is 50.00 $ plus food and attractions. The prices at Eliches in astonishing, insane and frankly unfair. You all know that Subway jingle "Five Dollar Foot Long" well at the Subway my friends and i went to the five dollar foot long turned into a 5.30 $ 6 inch long. That is more than half the coast of a normal 6 inch. For a day locker it coast 15 for a small one and 30 for a bigger one. It is 50 to reserve two seats before the park opens. A normal drink at Eliches was 4 dollars. For a commemorative cup it coasts 10 dollars. To rent a single table for the day it coasts 100 dollars to rent one with a awning over it it coasts 150 i believe. These prices shouldn't go unnoticed. It is absolutely ridiculous how high these prices are. I am lucky i didn't have to pay for my trip. Also you don't get what you pay for. Hours of waiting in lines for a 30 second thrill ride that is just plain wrong. The astronomical amount of the money these amusement parks make every year only go to making more billion dollar rides. I doubt that any of the money would go to a good cause like housing the homeless or helping in a third world country. Also the space that the amusement park takes up could be used for a regular park or homeless shelter. I am not anti amusement park but they better thing of good reasons to charge the American people so much!
